I’m too overwhelmed by emotions to put my thoughts into coherency right now, but I want to state my profound joy and relief that Robert Mugabe has resigned as President of Zimbabwe. I am celebrating with my countrymen and women.
I write this blog because I love the country of Zimbabwe. This week has been a milestone for us all. Decades of censorship has pervaded every area of our lives, and it is not easy to convey the feeling of relief knowing that Mugabe is gone.
